Less than 3 months ago, Penelope sustained severe hind end trauma (hit by car?) and ended up in a local shelter where they wanted to put her to sleep... thanks to one dedicated tech though, Penelope is not only safe now ... but here she is running through the waves on the beach in NJ!
It seems like all Penelope needed was TLC - Time, Love and a Chance!
